Full Service Planning

This package still has all of the benefits of Full-Service planning but we customize the services included to be exactly what you need and create a package specifically for your event. This is ideal for couples that need a lot of support but may still want to handle a few details on their own.

Initial meeting and planning session, Venue Searching, Apparel Appointments, Vendors Recommendations & Planning Meetings, Full Event Design, RSVP Services, Guest Gift Bag Design & Assembly, Timeline Creation and Coordination with Vendors, Venue Walk Through & Planning Meeting, Meeting the week of to finalize details, receive vendor list and set timeline, Final Meetings with Vendors, Attendance at rehearsal, Coordinating all day of details, Rental Returns

Partial Planning

Couples often have some of the bigger items planned but need help finalizing vendors, design or details. We can add in a range of services based on those needs and then be there day of to make everything run smoothly.

Initial meeting and planning session, Vendors Recommendations & Planning Meetings, Event Design Consultations, Timeline Creation and Coordination with Vendors, Venue Walk Through & Planning Meeting, Meeting the week of to finalize details, receive vendor list and set timeline, Attendance at rehearsal, Coordinating all day of details

Wedding Coordination

​

This is our version of a “Day-of” package but will actually set you up to have a wonderful day because of the preplanning that goes into it. This is ideal for the couple that has the details and planning handled but wants to be sure nothing has been missed and intends to keep the day-of simple for themselves as well as their family and friends.

This package includes the following:

Vendor Recommendation Meetings, Timeline Creation and Coordination with Vendors, Venue Walk Through & Planning Meeting, Meeting the week of to finalize details, Attendance at rehearsal, Coordinating all day of details with one Lead Planner and at least one Assistant Planner
